Chairperson Shimmin called the meeting to order at 12:50 p.m.

MOTION by Kirkwood, second by Zoner, to approve the minutes of the August 21, 2007, Regular Meeting as presented.

MOTION by Zoner, second by Kirkwood, to approve the Consent Agenda.

Item 3: Director’s Report

Update on Carrus Lake Dredging – Project is continuing as anticipated.

Development of Concept Plans for Residential Area – Bids should be ready for the Board’s consideration next month.

Suburban Landscaping Topsoil Screening Proposal  –

MOTION by Gotts, second by Shimmin, to approve the topsoil screening proposal submitted by Suburban Landscaping.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

Pontiac Trail/Haggerty Project Area –

MOTION by Lublin, second by Shimmin, to approve completion of Project by Rousseaux’s Excavating, Inc.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

Item 4:  Engineer's Update

Discussion of M-5 roundabout and wetland permits .

Item 5:  Attorney's Update:

To be discussed in executive session.

Item 6:  Planning Director's Update

The Beaumont site plan was approved by the Planning Commission.

Discussion of Project costs and advertisement interests.

MOTION by Zoner, supported by Kirkwood, to adjourn. Motion Carried. Meeting adjourned at 1:09 P.M.
