With a quorum of the DDA members present, Robert Shimmin, Chairperson, called the meeting to order.

MOTION by Zoner, second by Kirkwood, to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of acquisition and disposition of real property.

MOTION by Zoner, second by Lanni, to approve the Resolution of the Commerce Township Downtown Development Authority regarding the exchange of land.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

MOTION by Lanni, second by Thomas, to authorize DDA Director, Wynn Berry, to hire ERA for an economic analysis and Mitchell & Associates for a public survey in the amount not to exceed $10,000.00 for each study.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

MOTION by Lanni, seconded by Lublin, to approve the low bid submitted by Spencer Roofing to make the repairs for the residential home located on the Links of Pinewood property that is leased out by the DDA.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

MOTION by Kirkwood, seconded by Lanni , to Adjourn.
