MOTION by Zoner, second by Lanni, to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of the discussion of the purchase of property.

MOTION by Gotts, second by Thomas to approve the RESOLUTION OF THE COMMERCE TOWNSHIP DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY REGARDING SALE OF LAND

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
