Daniel Lublin

Daniel Lublin is a founding member of the Commerce Township Downtown Development Authority and has more than 50 years invested in the community. As a DDA founder, Daniel, helped bring water and sewer service to the township. Daniel has been a Commerce Township property owner since 1951 and has worked with local company Builders Licensing since 1947.

As president of Builders Licensing, Real Estate, Daniel is responsible for local real estate construction development. He has also been president of Standard Industries, Inc since 1960. From 1960 to 1963, he was a member of the Detroit Housing Committee. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University.

Daniel and his wife have four children as well as grandchildren and great-grand children.
